I hereby apply for a credit facility with Cashvance Investment Limited (“Cashvance”). I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions governing the structure of Personal loans granted by Cashvance. I accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and hereby accept my liability to Cashvance. I understand that Cashvance may at its discretion, terminate this loan agreement completely or partially for breach of any of the Terms and Conditions without any notice to me, at which point all understanding obligations become due. I hereby declare that the information given is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
